1. Return Eligibility
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Customized or engraved jewelers is non-returnable unless there is a defect or damage.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will guide you through the return process.

3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

You may return an item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, based on your preference.
